LISBOA - RAINY DAYS

In Lisbon, where the sun shines for over 300 days a year, the city is designed to bask in the glow of clear skies. However, the occasional rainy day doesn't have to put a damper on your fun. With my "Fuck It's Raining" reel, I wanted to showcase how you can still enjoy the city when the weather takes a turn. Lisbon may not be built with rain in mind, but that doesn't mean it can’t be the perfect backdrop for embracing the unexpected. Whether you're sipping wine in cozy cafés, exploring indoor spots, or simply enjoying a slower-paced day, rainy Lisbon offers a unique charm. This reel is all about embracing the weather and showing that, even when the sun hides, there’s always something to enjoy in this vibrant city.

LISBON SUNNY CITY

Lisbon enjoys one of the most enviable climates in Europe, with an average of 300 days of sunshine per year, making it a prime destination for those looking to soak up the sun. The city's Mediterranean climate features mild, wet winters and hot, dry summers, making it an ideal spot for year-round tourism. The warm weather and sun-drenched days create a perfect environment for outdoor activities, whether you’re exploring the historic neighborhoods or enjoying the beautiful beaches nearby.

While Lisbon does experience some rainfall, typically around 65 to 100 days a year, the rain tends to be light and short-lived, often leaving plenty of room for sunny breaks. This combination of abundant sunshine and moderate rain ensures that visitors can enjoy the best of both worlds—sunshine-filled days and refreshing rainy spells that don’t interrupt the vibrant atmosphere of the city.

The incredible weather significantly contributes to Lisbon's status as a major travel hub, with tourists flocking to the city year-round to experience its unique charm. Whether it's the famous sunny days for sightseeing or the cool, rainy moments that offer a cozy retreat, Lisbon’s climate plays a major role in making it one of Europe’s top destinations.
